This worksheet uses four basic shapes and colors:

Triangle → Blue
Circle → Green
Square → Red
Rectangle → Yellow

Children need to identify each shape before deciding which color to use.

How to Use This Worksheet

Start by looking at the color code together.

Point to each example and say the shape and color aloud:

“Triangle – Blue.”
“Circle – Green.”
“Square – Red.”
“Rectangle – Yellow.”

Then ask your child to look at the uncolored shapes below.

For each shape, encourage them to identify it, check the color code, and color it with the matching color.

For example, when they find a triangle, they should color it blue.

Continue until all the shapes are colored.
